Using CoinOpZone

By using coinopzone.com and the games on it (together, "the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian first.

What you may do

• Play the games for free, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• Link to the Site or to any game page from your own website, post or message.
• Share screenshots or videos of you playing, as long as it's clear where the game comes from.

What you may not do

• Copy, re-host, sell or redistribute the games, or their art, music or code, without written permission.
• Embed the games on another site in a way that suggests they are not from CoinOpZone.
• Scrape the Site, attack it, or try to disrupt it or other people's use of it.
• Use the Site for anything unlawful.

Ownership

The games, characters (including Grandpa Gus and Murray), artwork, sound and music, text and code on the Site belong to CoinOpZone or its creator, except for open-source libraries and fonts that carry their own licences. You don't get any ownership of them by playing.

Content notice

The games are cartoon comedies. They include crude toilet humour and jokes about getting old, and some games have cartoon violence. We may add games in the future with more mature themes, such as blood or gore. Where a game has strong content, its page will say so. If that's not your thing, skip it. Some games may also use bright effects and loud sounds, so take care if you are sensitive to either.

Scores and saved data

High scores are kept in your browser and are not an account. They can disappear if you clear your browser data or switch devices, and we can't restore them.

Advertising and third-party services

The Site may show advertising from third parties in the future. If it does, the privacy policy will be updated first. We use Google Analytics to measure how the Site is used. The Site may link to other websites, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The Site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind. We don't promise that they'll always work, be error-free, be uninterrupted, or run on every device. We may change, pause or remove any game or feature at any time.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CoinOpZone and its creator are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the Site after that means you accept the new version.
