About the game
Ass-te-Roids is a fast, silly twist on the classic Asteroids arcade game. Grandpa Gus is lost in space and his only weapon is his bum. Spin, drift and blast your way through waves of toilet paper rolls that split into smaller, faster pieces every time you hit them.
As the levels go on, plungers, toilet bowls and bidets join the attack, and bonus critters zip across the screen worth big points if you can catch them. Every fifth level ends with a boss fight. Grab Chili Beans for a triple toot, Prune Juice for rapid fire, a Mega Diaper for a shield and the rare Golden TP for an extra Gus.
You can play with a keyboard or with the on-screen touch buttons on a phone or tablet, and your best score is saved on your device.
Controls
- Turn
- Left and right arrow keys, or A and D. On a phone, use the on-screen arrows.
- Prune jet (thrust)
- Up arrow or W, or the JET button on a phone.
- Fire
- Space or J, or the big POOP! button on a phone.
- Warp toot (teleport)
- Shift or the down arrow, or the WARP button on a phone.
- Pause and sound
- P pauses and M mutes or unmutes.
Tips
- Big rolls split into smaller ones. Clear the small ones quickly before they swarm you.
- The warp toot teleports you out of trouble, but it needs a few seconds to recharge. You can't warp twice in a row.
- You start with three lives and can hold up to nine, so hunt for the Golden TP.
- Your high score is saved on your device.
